Luisa Siesmayer’s practice focuses on copyright law, trade mark law, licensing contract law and IT law, including providing advice in complex legal disputes. She has many years of experience providing legal advice and guidance to IT service providers and supporting them in the implementation of IT projects. In addition, she advises companies on the establishment of online shops and on all matters regarding the subject of e-commerce. Luisa also supports companies in particular on the construction of licensing agreements, as well as on the internal implementation of the German Act on the Protection of Trade Secrets. Another part of her legal practice covers data law and all issues concerning the handling of non-personal data. Luisa advises local, national and international companies and associations, while her clients range from start-ups to globally operating corporations.
